Responsibilities: * Processing Bills for Payment * preparation of Bills as per accounts requirement. * Tracking Bills due for payment. * preparation of MIS of expenses. Deviation report * Tracking/consolidating outstanding payments to vendors. * Verification of Bills before accounts payable. * Checking bills for accuracy with PO & submitting for approval. * Checking POs for accuracy & checking terms of payment etc. * Vendor account reconciliation on a monthly basis. * Tracking payment for bills & preparing vendor payment clearance time. * Expenses tracking Budget vers actual * Main (more) Responsibilities: * Processing Bills for Payment * preparation of Bills as per accounts requirement. * Tracking Bills due for payment.

* Employee Amenities – Transport, Canteen *Liaison -- With local statutory authorities namely Legal bodies, local Bodies, * Vendor management as part of compliance Support in negotiations with vendors * Facilitate execution of Contracts & Agreements Initial Negotiation, Short Listing Vendors and raise request on PNet. * Supervise contracts for the above services in line with standards and budgets.

* Ensure governance to local regulations and review periodical and submit report of compliance and deviation. *Review of Bills for service and cost, analysis, cost control.

*Manage outsourced contracts and Manpower *Relationship Management with internal & external customers Key Result Areas: * Bill Processing and payment tracking * Local Governance compliance * Budget vs Expenses tracing and reporting * Account reconciliation * Maintenance of office premises * Employee Amenities – Transport * Contracts & Agreements initial Negotiation, assist vendor management, approval and raise request on PNet Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Graduate Commerce/ BE Electrical and should have minimum of 5 -6 years experience in handling facilities Billing, STPI and Customs related procedures (less)
