To work out manpower, materials, machines and other resources required to achieve target dates and inform to PM. Site logistics planning and setting out of site infrastructures and action plan for site mobilization in coordination with PM.

To ensure availability of copies of specification, work procedure, work instruction and PQP at pertaining location of site. Ensure strict compliance of PQP.

To coordinate with subordinate staff and execute the work as per planned schedule in conformance with applicable specification and PQP of project. To allocate the work, duties and responsibilities to subordinate staff at each levels with PM.

To ensure fulfillment of project HSE requirement on day to day basis. To ensure timely availability of approved drawings, schedule and technical data for project construction team and subcontractor employed.

To follow up for materials and shop drawings approvals with client and consultant. To coordinate with procurement team in carrying out procurement activities of the project as per schedule programmed and specifications.

Continuously monitor the actual progress of work against planned programmed and inform to PM about critical activities if any and make an action plan to incorporate it to achieve target dates in coordination with PM and planning engineer. To analyze deviation or change of contract scope, discuss and review with PM, incorporate it and if necessary reschedule to meet target dates in coordination with planning engineer.

To ensure timely dispositions of NCRS raised in the project. To coordinate with billing team in preparation of client bill (less)
