Tech in Power Engineering/ Electrical Engineering EXPERIENCE (In Years): 20+ years JOB RESPONSIBILITY (Primary) Responsible for functional administration of electrical engineering department, owning the overall performance indicators, establishing and maintaining work flow with focus on operational efficiency Lead a team of group managers involved in various aspects of electrical engineering like power systems, motors & drives, installation, etc..

and giving directions for management of engineering aspects of several projects Anchor department functions with other departments like contract management, mechanical, sales, etc..

to provide efficient inter and intra department co-ordination Establish, maintain and monitor application of appropriate standards, standardization and engineering tools with focus on quality and timeliness Being part of global team of electrical management, participate in a matrix setup with networking among electrical departments around global centers Support sales organization in marketing, proposals and client pre-order discussions Field of Exposure Strong experience in electrification projects design and detailed engineering preferably in process industries and/or consultancy NO. OF SUBORDINATES (If Any) : 100+ Required skill set: Design and engineering of power distribution systems, motors & drives Knowledge of Design/ engineering tools (less)
