Responsible for Site management activities and completion of the same. project execution, execution of surveying and leveling work as per project requirements. Regular follow up with vendors for material arrangement & completion of work. Key Performance Areas Control and manage the fit out process of line shops and mini anchors. Ensure that the design (interior and MEP) are in line with the outlined tenant criteria while the LOI conditions for the tenant are also met. Ensure that the fit out process happens in the given schedule, desired quality, meet LOI conditions, while adhering to house rules outlined Ensure that the retail units open with proper licenses and all relevant documentation is in order before mall management takes over. Responsible for tracking the progress, reporting the progress status regularly and managing the process as well as issues with leasing, projects team, tenant and developer.. B. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Liaise with the leasing team for Tenant Release Forms Liaise with Tenantâ��s for their site briefing, schedule on fit out, shell handover etc Liaise with the project PMC for the shops to be ready for B.O Ensure the shell handover as per the agreement Liaise with the MEP personnel of both client and tenant to ensure adherence to TCD Ensure that the milestones are met and tenant fit out is carried out in the specified period and approved store design Assist to project costs involved in extra work on site during the fit out process and report to client on the same. Ensure that the house rules are implemented Create milestone certificates and Issue to tenants at important milestones Identify snag list before final completion of tenant fit outs and issuance of T4 certificate Close the shop account on all aspects from design, technical design , commercials, settle account for deposits, fit out allowances, compliances and duly signed by client, mall management, financial head and hand over to operations. Document all communication, milestones, certificates, account closure, as built plans and details and hand over to management. Quality check and follow the mall guidelines. Fit out completion as per given fit out free period. C. Key Competencies required to perform the current role Knowledge: Tertiary qualification in the built environment (Building Science, Construction management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering) PrCPM or PMP registration would be an added advantage 3 to 4 years of work experience in interior fit out project management (preferably for retail formats) Understanding of interface between professional disciplines Ability to prepare and interpret programmes (MS Project, Primavera etc) Understanding of technical and construction related issues Excellent MIS skills Managerial Skills: Good communication + negotiation skills Ability to interface / liaise with projects team / vendors / clients Excellent project management Strong analytical & technical skills Strong trouble shooting abilities Behavioural Assertive Integrity
