Project Summary and position overview : This is a replacement position for System Engineer whose primary tasks include 3rd line application support. Person is expected to closely work with the development team Day to Day Responsibilities : * Is accountable for contributions for Support team or sub team. * Need to analyze, debug and provide quick work arounds to client issues * Works independently within defined parameters, taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledge. * Decisions taken are made within guidelines set by others. * Makes recommendations for process improvements
