Negotiating the pay package. 5. Submitting profiles to the client. 6. Fixing interview for the shortlisted. 7. Following up with the candidates with the feed back from the client 8. Making new clients by sending company profile and arranging meeting with them. 9. End to end Recruitment Cycle. 10. Should have effective Communication.
