    In this important customer-facing role, you will utilize strong technical competencies and customer service skills to support and maintain effective relationships with users. You will communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.

    Essential Functions:
    • Excellent Client-facing experience for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
    • Good written, verbal skills and email etiquette
    • Firm grasp on troubleshooting OS and Application related, basic network troubleshooting skills and standard software products.


    • Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting issues on Mac environment for OS and virtualization.
