Oilex has made significant progress in confirming the potential of the extensive, Eocene low permeability (“tight”) reservoirs in the onshore Cambay Field, Gujarat in India. The Joint Venture is formulating a work program, the proposed first stage of which is to drill an offset well to intersect the large volume of fracture stimulated rock around the Cambay 76H well bore.
