2. Conduct the Training Need survey and assessment of the said customer as per the designed processes.

3. Evaluate the training Gap, needs and Assess the same with active coordination with the said customer.

4. Develop Training Modules based on the learning process to serve identified needs so as to promote purchase of Training Products.

5. Concieve and design the content and delivery mode processes alongwith the comprehensive Evaluation tools and ROLI model as per the process.

6. Design, development of participant Handbooks and Facilitator manual and modules and power point presentations.

7 Concieve, Design and Develop the Train The Trainer tools and certification content and processes. 9.

Report to the HOD/Project Lead, providing regular updates on all assigned projects including status as per the process. 10.

Deliver the mandatory training programs as per the process as required to increase the development and professional growth of internal and external customers. 11.

Undertake Market Research as and when required 12. Assist the immediate supervisor in timely completion of assigned projects 13.

9 Knowledge of the asseets particularly automobiles, cars, commercial vehicle are desired. 10 Integrity check a must since involves valuation services which involves finacial commitments on basis of which loans are disbursed .

11 People working with valuation firms like ghosh valuers in bengal , MALHOTRA VALUERS IN BHUBANESHWAR ,TIWARI VALUERS IN JHARKHAND ,AUCTION HOUSES ,GO INDUSTRY QUIPO . 12 Persons shall be resident valuation executives and shall operate from home after sixmonths of full usiness run office shall be opened.

13 Diploma holders in mechanical are most preferred however the others are also welcome if requisite conditions are met . 14 willing to travel 15 days a month atleast, mobile travel and stay will be reimbursed (less)
